With the completion date set for late April works are in the final phase for the Grotius building. The composition canopies are being installed and the connection and the phasing in of the building is nearly complete. On completion, the sustainable building will be occupied by the Faculty of Law. The new faculty includes teaching and study rooms, a restaurant with outdoor terrace, a lecture hall, a library and an under building parking area. The project comprises of 26,000 m² of gross floor area.
